Everyone wants to achieve all that they can achieve in this world. Some people achieve their goals; others don’t. The best employees usually do. They’ll have their sights on reaching the top of their industry, and if they can’t do it with your company, then they’ll do it with another company. So take a look at your structural setup. Do you offer opportunities to move forward? If not, then you can’t complain if your best employees move on.
